2. Personalized Products & Customization Process

  • Photo Submission: To create your custom coloring book, you must provide photos and stories. You retain ownership of any photos you upload or share with us.

  • Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload any photos or images that are illegal, offensive, explicit, defamatory, or violate the copyright/intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing inappropriate material.

  • Usage License: By submitting your photos, you grant Stardust Digital Lab a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and convert your photos into line art strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3. Order Processing & Payments

  • Payment upfront is required before we begin processing your order and designing your custom book.

  • Pricing: All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

  • WhatsApp Communication: Since our process involves direct human design review, you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp by our team to coordinate image submissions and order completion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to design, print, and ship your custom books within the estimated timeframe provided on the website. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carrier issues or delayed image submission by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our store pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stardust Digital Lab, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, service, or products. We do not guarantee that the final printed book will exactly match the digital preview due to variations in monitor displays and printing paper textures.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Stardust Digital Lab owns the intellectual property rights for the website design, layout, text, graphics, and the specific line-art conversion styles created by our team. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs for commercial use without prior written consent.
