Bulk Orders

Welcome to the Stardust Digital Lab Bulk Order Program. We love partnering with retailers, shopkeepers, schools, event planners, and creative resellers who want to bring the joy of personalized, screen-free coloring books to a larger audience.

Because our products require custom graphic design and dedicated printing slots, all bulk and wholesale orders are governed by the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Bulk & Reseller Pricing

Bulk pricing applies to single orders of 10 or more personalized coloring books, or large batches of non-personalized/themed books.
To qualify as a Reseller or Shopkeeper, you must verify your business details (Shop name, Social Media page, or Business NTN if applicable) during our initial contact.

2. Ordering & Customization Process

We offer two main models for Resellers and Shopkeepers:

Option A: Pre-Designed/Themed Wholesale (e.g., Birthday, Eid, Educational themes). You order a set quantity of pre-made templates, which are printed and shipped immediately.
Option B: Personalized Bulk Orders (Custom photos for different kids). For this option, you can submit photos in batches. Our design team will coordinate with you via WhatsApp or Email to manage the image pipeline efficiently.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Discount Structure: Discounts are tiered based on your order volume (e.g., 10-25 books, 26-50 books, 50+ books). Contact our team to receive the latest wholesale price catalog.
Payment Terms: A minimum 50% advance payment is required to queue bulk orders for designing and printing. The remaining 50% must be cleared before the order is dispatched from our facility.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for custom bulk orders exceeding 10 items.

4. Processing Time (Turnaround Time)

Bulk orders take longer than single orders due to design and printing queue limitations.

10 - 25 Books: 7 to 10 business days.
26 - 50 Books: 10 to 14 business days.
50+ Books: Timeline will be negotiated upon contract confirmation.
Note: Processing time starts only after we receive all necessary photos and the advance payment.

5. Shipping & Packaging

We offer discounted or free shipping on bulk orders depending on the volume and destination.
Reseller Packaging: If you are a reseller, you can request neutral white-label packaging (without Stardust branding) so you can add your own store labels. Please specify this before printing begins.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellations: Once the design work has started on your bulk order, the 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable to cover labor and material costs.
Returns: As these are custom/wholesale products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the inventory does not sell at your shop.
Damaged Items: If any books are damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof, and we will reprint and ship the replacements free of cost.
